Ingredients:
4 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 onion, peeled and chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, cored, seeded, and chopped
1 cup ham steak, cubed
etc.

Instructions:
  • First of all. In a wide non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil. Add onions and bell peppers and cook until softened.
  • After that, Add ham and cook until lightly browned. Remove mixture from the pan and keep warm.
