Soft Gluten Free Breadsticks


Ingredients:
2/3 cup water
1 Tbls. active dry yeast
2 Tbls. white sugar
2 cups gluten free flour blend
2 tsp. xanthan gum
And so on.

Instructions:
  • Step 1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paoer and bruching it with a dab of olive oil. Set aside.
  • And then, Measure water into a 2 cup measuring cup and set in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm slightly. Add in the yeast and sugar and mix well. Se aside to proof for 5 minutes.
  • Next, While the yeast is proofing, in the bowl of a stand mixer, add flour blend, xanthan gum, salt and baking powder. Mix until incorporated.
