Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Brownies


Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour blend
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 cup butter or non-dairy alternative, softened

Instructions:
  • First step, In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, xanthan gum, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • After that, In the bowl of your electric mixer, use the paddle blade to beat butter & peanut butter together until light and fluffy.
