Apple Fritters


Ingredients:
canola oil, for frying
1 cup all purpose flour
4 tablespoons granulated white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
etc.

Instructions:
  • First. Heat 1 1/2 to 2 inches of oil in an electric skillet or stovetop pot until it reaches 375 degrees.
  • Next, In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  • Step three, In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and the egg. Gently stir into the dry ingredients. Fold in the diced apples.
