Apple Cider Cake


Ingredients:
2 cups apple cider, reduced and divided
1 white cake mix
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
1/3 cup applesauce
4 eggs
etc.

Instructions:
  • First step, Pour the apple cider into a small saucepan and bring it to a low simmer. Simmer until the mixture is reduced to 1 cup. Start checking at 10 minutes to see if it is reduced enough. Let it cool at least 10 minutes before using it.
  • Next step is, Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick baking spray.
  • And then, Beat the cake mix, pudding, 3/4 cup cooled apple cider, applesauce, eggs, and spices for 1-2 minutes in a mixing bowl.
