Ingredients:
1½ Cups Rice Flour
½ Cup Corn Starch (or Potato or Tapioca)
2 Tbsp White Sugar
2 Tsp Cinnamon
3 Tsp Baking Powder

Instructions:
  • First. Pre heat oven to 450 F.
  • Step two, In a large bowl, cut butter into the flour, starch, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
