Healthy Chocolate Banana Smoothie


Ingredients:
1½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
1 cup (packed) baby spinach
2 frozen ripe bananas
2 (heaping) tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, but recommended)

Instructions:
  • Step one. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • After it, Once blended, taste and adjust according to preferences such as adding more milk for a thinner smoothie or more cocoa powder for a stronger chocolate flavour.
