Ingredients: 4 c. lettuce, spinach or spring mix 2 avocados, grilled & sliced 2 ears of corn, grilled 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced or quartered 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved Check below.
Instructions:
Step number 1. On a large platter or salad bowl, add the rinsed & torn lettuce. Add the sliced avocados, hard boiled eggs, corn that has been removed from the cob, sliced cherry tomatoes, and bacon crumbles.
Step two, Once the salmon has cooled, crumble into pieces and add to the salad.
