Stir Fried Bok Choy


Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 medium onion chopped
1 large head bok choy (see notes)

Instructions:
  • First step, Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until light browned; approximately 2-3 minutes. Toss or stir frequently to keep from burning. Remove and place in a small bowl.
  • Next step is, Heat canola oil in the same skillet over medium high heat. Add the ginger, onion and bok choy. Cook for 2-3 minutes stirring frequently. Add the garlic, red pepper and soy sauce and cook for additional 1 minute. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve immediately
