Step number 1. In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is opaque, 2 minutes. Add paprika and season with salt and pepper. Let cool.
Step 2, In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce and lime juice.
Step 3, Scoop flesh out of avocado and reserve skins. Dice avocado and add to a medium bowl. Add shrimp and red onion and toss to combine. Add spicy mayo and gently stir until everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper.
