Roasted Parmesan Broccoli


Ingredients:
5 cups chopped broccoli
3-4 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
etc.

Instructions:
  • First step, Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Step 2, Cut the broccoli lengthwise, so they lay flat. Combine the broccoli, olive oil, salt, garlic powder and pepper in a zip top bag. Shake until well coated. Pour onto the baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and flip the broccoli. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the broccoli is fork tender and crispy around the edges.
