Ingredients:
10 oz tomatillos (approx. 5-6 tomatillos)
1 large jalapeño pepper
2 ripe avocados
1 lime (juice half and extra based on preference)
1/2 cup roughly chopped cilantro

Instructions:
  • First step, Remove husk from tomatillos, rinse, pat dry, and coarsely chop.
