Korean Bbq Chickpea Bento Bowls


Ingredients:
3 tablespoons tamari
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 teaspoons coconut sugar (or honey)
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
And so on.

Instructions:
  • Step number 1. Cook rice according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
  • Step two, Heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
  • Step 3, In a medium sized bowl, stir together all marinade ingredients. Mix well with the chickpeas, then reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade for later.
